PURPOSE: A combination structure of a laser beam using a natural polarization of a laser diode array is provided to improve combination efficiency by combining the laser beams generated from two laser diode arrays through the polarizer.;CONSTITUTION: Two laser diode arrays(111) are formed in a vertical direction. The laser diode arrays have a natural polarization property and generate the laser beam. An optical system(12) forms the laser beam generated in the laser diode array into parallel beams. A polarizer(21) combines the laser beams which are vertical from the laser diode array. The oscillation wavelength of the laser diode array corresponds to 790 nm to 840 nm. A quantum layer is made of GaAsP or InGaAsP.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
