PURPOSE: A chromane system derivative and a pharmaceutical composition including thereof are provided to control the nuclear factor kappaB which is an essential transcription factor controlling various genes for preventing multiple myeloma, rheumatoid arthritis and cancer.;CONSTITUTION: A chromane system derivative is marked as the chemical formula 1. In the chemical formula 1, R1 to R4 refer to hydrogen, hydroxy, alkoxy with the carbon number of 1~8, alkyl with the carbon number of 1~8, trifluoroalkyl with the carbon number of 1~4, halogen or nitro radical, respectively. A pharmaceutical composition contains the chromane system derivative or allowable salt of the chromane system derivative as an active ingredient.
