PURPOSE: A transmission method of a digital content stream and a receiving method thereof are provided to permit predicted digital contents stream distribution in at least two or more receivers receiving support of digital contents rendering synchronized with digital contents trick modes.;CONSTITUTION: Common time standards are sent to least two or more receivers(601). Trick mode command messages are received(602). The trick mode command messages include information for allowance of identification of one point in a digital contents stream. A notice message of the trick mode command messages is sent to at least two or more receivers(603).
