PURPOSE: A method for enhancing processing priority, a method for implementing interactive service, a method for generating customized IVR(Interactive Voice Response) flow, and a corresponding device and a system are provided to give priority to a changed processing priority than a fixed processing priority, thereby providing a providing order for customized service information according to a control habit of a subscriber.;CONSTITUTION: A communication link request is received from a subscriber(601).
