PURPOSE: A transport roller assembly for a substrate transport apparatus is provided to enhance assembly convenience by fixing a transport roller to a transport shaft through a second socket and sawtooth-combining each socket.;CONSTITUTION: A transport roller assembly(100) for a substrate transport apparatus comprises a transport roller(130) and first and second sockets(110,120). The first socket comprises a cylindrical body(111) and a contact ring(112). The body is combined with the inner circumference surface of the transport roller. The contact ring is extended to one end of the body in a circumferential direction. The contact ring is combined with the side of the transport roller. In order that the diameter of the body of the second socket is expanded and contracted, the body is divided into a number of sections with the same space. The inner circumference surface of the body is forcibly inserted into a transport shaft(220) and the outer circumference surface of the body is sawtooth-combined with the inner circumference surface of the body of the first socket.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
