PURPOSE: A device for providing payment processing service in an internet and a method thereof are provided to pay a product price after certifying purchasers by matching address information provided through cable internet service subscription and address information about connecting location of an internet terminal.;CONSTITUTION: A payment processing unit(201) compares internet service subscription address information of purchaser and connecting location address information of a purchaser terminal. The payment processing unit processes payment, after certifying the purchaser through the comparison. A payment information unit(202) stores the obtained address information and a payment breakdown.
