PURPOSE: A complex arcade rahmen bridge controlling pole rail additional shaft power and a construction method thereof are provided to resist the throttling direction horizontal load by applying a small arch on a main arch in a continuous rahmen form. CONSTITUTION: A complex arcade rahmen bridge controlling pole rail additional shaft power comprises a main arch(30), a long column(31), a shift, a short column(32), a small arch(40) and a bridge deck(70). The main arch is connected to between a plurality of bridge posts. The long column and the short column are located on the field post on the top of the footnote arch. The long column and the short column are vertically connected to each other at a regular interval. The bridge deck is connected to the upper end of the small arch and the rail is mounted on.
