PURPOSE: A system and a method for providing a personalized service are provided to supply a personalized service proper to a service use habit and a current service use state of a user through adjustment among services.;CONSTITUTION: A sub-service agent transfers a collected event to a PSA(Principle Service Agent)(100), and controls each object service by receiving a control command from the PSA. A reasoning unit(300) defines a creation rule including a processing rule and the creation condition between target services based on the current service use state.
