PURPOSE: A system and a method for calculating fine assembly welding quantity are provided to minimize welding errors by providing a user with a numerical data and a three-dimensional viewer.;CONSTITUTION: A system for calculating fine assembly welding quantity is composed of a step file extracting unit(100), a welding information extracting unit(200), and a three-dimensional conversion unit(300). The step file extracting unit extracts a step file from step information of an assembly. The welding information extracting unit calculates welding quantity by analyzing the step file, and extracts the welding information from the calculated welding quantity.
