METHOD OF MANUFACTURING NATURAL DYE STABILIZED AND NATURAL DYE MANUFACTURED BY THE SAME

PURPOSE: A natural dye is provided to ensure high stability against the solvent, light, pH variation, and temperature variation and to use in cosmetic formulations. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing stabilized a natural dye comprises: a step of extracting pigment from natural dye material(S1); a step of anionizing the pigment using alkali agent(S2); and a step of reacting the anionized pigment with water-soluble metal salt(S3). The natural dye is obtained from green tea, Curcuma longa Linne, logwood, Gardenia jasminodes, cacao, henna, or Carthamus tinctorius. The alkali agent is one or more selected from sodium carbonate, sodium hydroxide, calcium hydroxide, ethanolamine, and ammonia.
