PURPOSE: A personalization broadcasting service system and a method thereof of IPTV using a personal profile function of offering a private order style service are provided to manage additional IPTV channel and a program. CONSTITUTION: A set-top box(300) offers a character in which a user wants and a menu for establishing the color to the display device. The set-top box processes the interface which stores and managed according to the personal profile. The set-top box applies personal profiles. The set-top box outputs the color information corresponding to the personal profile to the display unit and display device of the input unit.
