PURPOSE: A method of controlling a 3 Dimension individual object on a map and a mobile terminal using the same are provided to control the allowance of user access to the detail information of each 3D object by judging a touch input or proximity input on a 3D map image.;CONSTITUTION: When a touch input or proximity input happens on a 3D map image, the 3D object of touch or proximity position is automatically selected(S41). While the touch input is maintained on the 3D object or the proximity input is maintained within a recognizable proximity distance, the 3D object is automatically rotated along the predetermined direction(S42,S43).
