PURPOSE: A sliding detecting apparatus of a portable terminal for establishing the detection sensor inside the lower case of the sliding type mobile phone is provided to detect the sliding operation by using a magnetic member with a link unit of the sliding module.;CONSTITUTION: A sliding module(300) interlinks an upper case and a lower case(200) in order to slide the lower case. The sliding module comprises a magnetic link unit carrying the magnetism. A detect sensor senses the movement of the link module and senses the sliding of the upper case.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
