PURPOSE: A sampling circuit is provided to offer the normal sampling operation of a clock signal and data by positioning a clock signal and data in a section where the sampling can be done.;CONSTITUTION: A synchronization unit(230) synchronizes inputted data in a clock signal. A section detection unit(270) outputs the delay controlling signal by detecting the sampling available section of the clock signal and data. A variable delay unit(210) reflects the delay time corresponding to the delay controlling signal to data and clock signal. An activation unit(250) controls the decided operation of the section detection unit by detecting data value which is continuous to the data.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
