LOWER WORKTABLE WITH IMPROVED HEIGHT ADJUSTMENT SAFETY, CAPABLE OF PREVENTING INSTANT FALL

PURPOSE: A lower worktable with improved height adjustment safety is provided to enable fine height adjustment at a prescribed height by adding the parts for ensuring high safety when adjusting the height of a lower worktable.;CONSTITUTION: A lower worktable(100) with improved height adjustment safety comprises a hollow support(10), a hollow guide shaft(20), an ascending and descending rod(30), a spline gear(101), a circular rotating plate(102) and a gear stopper(130). The hollow support is installed upwrads from the center of a supporting plate(11) which interfaces with the floor. The hollow guide shaft is extended to the top of the support and integrally comprises a housing(21) at its one side. The ascending and descending rod is installed at the inside of the guide shaft to be able to slide up and down. The spline gear is guided and installed through the housing in the traverse direction. The circular rotating plate is integrally formed on the axis of the spline gear. The gear stopper is installed by a compression spring in the housing at which a latch gear(121) is disposed.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
