PARTICLE SEPARATION APPARATUS OF SOLID PARTICLES USING FLUIDIZED BED

PURPOSE: An apparatus for sorting a solid particle using a flowing layer is provided to minimize the damage of the particle, noise, and vibration without a direct hitting by moving the solid particle using fluidizing gas and to consecutively sort the solid particle. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for sorting a solid particle using a flowing layer comprises: a selection chamber(20) dividing an upper sorting room(22) and a lower introduction room(23); a selection unit(30) which is installed in the sorting room and sorting the particles according to a size of the particle; a discharge pipe(40) which is connected to the side of the sorting room and discharges remaining solid particles having a large diameter; a fluidizing gas pipe(50) supplying fluidizing gas to the lower introduction room of the selection chamber; a circulating pipe(60) which receives the fluidizing gas and resupplies the fluidizing gas to the lower introduction room; and a cyclone(70) separating minute particles which are included in the fluidizing gas.
