BLADE OF A BELT CONVEYOR, WHICH INCREASES THE CLEANING EFFICIENCY OF A BELT BY CLOSELY CONTACTING A CUTTING BLADE TO THE BELT

PURPOSE: A blade of a belt conveyor is provided to make the smooth cleaning operation by preventing foreign materials from being stacked on upper side of the belt.;CONSTITUTION: A blade of a belt conveyor comprises a cutting blade(110), a declined part(120), a tension part(130) and a pipe fitting hole. The cutting blade has shape edge to remove foreign materials from the surface of the belt. The declined part has thicker center than the edge part to make the foreign material fall down. The tension part gives the tension to cut the foreign materials along the bent part. A square pipe(210) in which both ends is supported with a supporting unit(200) is inserted and fixed in the pipe fitting hole.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
