PURPOSE: A dc-dc converter with an asymmetrical input voltage is provided to increase power at input terminal of a convertor by arranging capacitor for changing a constant voltage and an inductor for supplying a constant current at the input terminal of the convertor.;CONSTITUTION: A first constant voltage supply unit(C1) change a constant voltage according a duty ratio. Semiconductor switch device(S1,S2) are connected to the power input terminal and the first constant voltage supply unit and exclusively performs switching operation alternately. A first inductor device(L1) is connected to the power input terminal, the common terminal of a first constant voltage supply unit, and the common terminal of semiconductor switch devices and supplies constant current. A second constant voltage supply unit(C2) changes the constant voltage according to a duty ratio.
