PURPOSE: A spam filtering method based on social network method is provided to verify a spammer by confirming the presence of the phone number address of a recommender in the phone number address book of a receiver and the presence of the phone number address of a sender in the phone number address book of the recommender.;CONSTITUTION: If a call setting request message is received, a proxy server searches the phone number address book of a receiver(301,302). If the phone number address of a recommender exists in the phone number address book of the receiver, the proxy server searches the phone number address book of the recommender(303,305). If the phone number address of a sender does not exist in the phone number address book of the recommender, the proxy server regards a call as a spam(304).;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
