PURPOSE: A food waste drying apparatus using microwave is provided to reduce the drying cost and labor and to prevent bad smell by sealing the hopper. CONSTITUTION: A food waste drying apparatus using microwave comprises a hopper(1) capable of receiving food waste of 50~100 tons, a foreign material separator(2) separating large foreign materials like bricks and kettles, pulverizing devices(3,7) shattering dried food waste into fine pieces, a compressor(4), a centrifugal separator(5), a microwave drier(6) uniformly heating the food waste, an iron separator(8) separating the irons using a magnet, and a packing(9).
