PURPOSE: A dental drill for flapless implant surgery is provided, which can protect gum effectively in flapless implant surgery and reduce sequela after surgery.;CONSTITUTION: A dental drill for flapless implant surgery comprises: a drill body(120) equipped with a cutting section(130) of the end part, and a body part(140) which is combined with a cutting section inside the cutting section; and a mounting unit(110) for installing the drill body in the drill device.
