PURPOSE: A magnetic field applying system is provided to reduce costs due to the consumption of the liquid helium by cooling a superconductive magnet through a cooling device.;CONSTITUTION: A cooling device(100) reduces the temperature inside a vacuum chamber(200). A radiation shield member(300) is arranged in the floor side of the vacuum chamber in order to shield the inflow of radiant heat. A superconductive magnet(400) applies the magnetic field to a sample. A switch controls the temperature of the sample and the superconductive magnet. The superconductive wire(600) secludes the inflow of the outer heat to the superconductive magnet.
