PURPOSE: A surgical method for gastrocnemius reduction is provided to minimize discomfort after surgical operation and probability of recurrence.;CONSTITUTION: A surgical method for gastrocnemius reduction comprises: a step(S101) of detecting the nerve line-information by using nerve scan apparatus related to operated patient's gastrocnemius; a step(S102) of finding Motor nerve related to the gastrocnemius based on the nerve line-information; a step(S103) of inserting a probe through the skin around motor nevers and placing the tip of the probe around the motor nevers; a step(S104) of blocking the motor nevers by stimulating the motor nevers by applying an electric signal to a probe.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
