PURPOSE: A capillary electrophoresis electrochemical detection apparatus and an analysis method using the same are provided to detect and analyze a small amount of material with the high sensitivity.;CONSTITUTION: A capillary electrophoresis electrochemical detection apparatus comprises a division channel(112), a blank channel(114), a working electrode(116), and a reference electrode(118). A sample and a first buffer solution are delivered to the division channel, and the sample and the first buffer solution are mixed by gradually changing the voltage applied to a first buffer solution repository(108) and a sample repository(104). A reference solution and a second buffer solution are delivered to the blank channel, and the reference solution and the second buffer solution are mixed by gradually changing the voltage applied to a second buffer solution repository(110) and a blank repository(106). The working electrode detects electrochemical signals of the sample and the first buffer solution delivered from the division channel to a nano band electrode. The reference electrode detects electrochemical signals of the reference solution and the second buffer solution delivered from the blank channel to the nano band electrode.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
