PURPOSE: A method for reporting information on a neighboring cell is provided to enable a cell in a measurement report message to an identified location as an index number, thereby reducing cell identifiers.;CONSTITUTION: The first measurement report message is transmitted to a serving cell(S112). The first measurement report message comprises a measurement result about at least one neighboring cell. After one or more cells are indexed, the indexed cells are saved.
