EASILY FLOWING INKS FOR EXTRUSION, WHICH CAUSES DECREASED CLOGGING WHEN THE INK IS COATED ON A BASE MATERIAL TO CREATE MICRO FEATURE

PURPOSE: An ink for printing and a method for printing micro feature are provided to achieve improved extrusion printing while decreasing clogging and to obtain a high aspect ratio in spite of mobility of the ink.;CONSTITUTION: An ink for printing includes functional material particles, a long chain polymer, and a solvent. The ink for printing a shear rate more than 10 Pa·sec and to distribute ink more than 20 ml per a filter area(cm^2) before flux is reduced into a half through a screen filter of 400 mesh. A method for printing minute feature includes a step extruding the ink on the base material through a fine applicator and a step forming the minute feature on the base material by post-processing the ink.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
