PURPOSE: A probe for detecting the maximum displacement of a structure, and a device and a method for detecting using the same are provided to reduce time and costs required for detecting the maximum displacement of a structure.;CONSTITUTION: A probe for detecting the maximum displacement of a structure comprises a case(110), a cantilever(112), a movable member(130), a movable stick(120), and an optical fiber unit(140). The bottom surface of the case is attached on the structure. One end of the cantilever is fixed to one side of the case. The movable member is formed inside the case, and is moved in one direction. An inclined surface, which is in contact with the free end of the cantilever, is formed in the movable member. One end of movable stick is attached on the structure, and the other end moves the movable member in one direction. The optical fiber unit is attached on the cantilever.
