PURPOSE: A method and an apparatus for controlling the transmission power of the physical control channel for the CQI electrical transmission at the mobile communication systems are provided, which enhance CQI transfer efficiency and prevent system performance degradation.;CONSTITUTION: A CQI(Channel Quality Indicator) controller(740) gets the channel quality information about the cell and generates and outputs control information. Control channel transmitters(700,710) code control information about one cell the primary channel and transmits it through the first physical control channel. The control channel transmitter codes the control information about rest cells except for cell and transmits it through the second physical control channel. The transmission power size of the second physical control channel is bigger than the transmission power size of the first physical control channel.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
