DEVICE FOR TESTING THE DURABILITY OF A TIRE WITH IMPROVED STABILITY

PURPOSE: A device for testing the durability of a tire is provided to prevent an accident due to the pneumatic pressure expansion of a tire by enabling a worker to remotely discharge the pneumatic pressure of the tire.;CONSTITUTION: A device for testing the durability of a tire comprises a coupler. The coupler comprises a valve fastening nut(101), air discharging holes(102), a spring(103), a piston(105) for pushing a core, partition members(107), an O-ring(104), and a nut for fastening a nipple(106). The valve fastening nut is fastened to a valve core. A pressing member for pressing a tire valve core is installed in one side of the piston. When the valve core is fastened to the tire, the tire is filled with pneumatic pressure. The nut is fastened to a rotary joint through a connection hose.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
