PURPOSE: An apparatus for synthesizing carbon nanotubes is provided to improve productivity by consecutively synthesizing source gas which is thermally decomposed and collecting created carbon nanotubes and to synthesize carbon nanotube having uniform quality.;CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for synthesizing carbon nanotubes comprises: a vertical reaction chamber(110); a mixer(140) which is included inside the vertical reaction chamber and mixes a catalyst supplied from the upper side of the mixer; and a plurality of dispersion plates(170) which divides the inner part of the vertical reaction chamber into several parts and uniformly disperses source gas to the inner part of the chamber.
