PURPOSE: A mobile device and a resource management method using the same in a smart space of ad-hoc network are provided to solve a problem about interaction and collision generated when a plurality of devices occupy the smart space. CONSTITUTION: A resource management unit(104) manages interaction about the resource or the allocated resource by using a resource management component. A resource discovering unit(106) discovers each resources by using a waiting person discovering requested resources. A collision management unit solves the collision about the resources offer in consideration of the priority information of the queuing process requesting the resource.
