PURPOSE: A propeller shaft having an impact absorbing structure is provided to improve the absorbing efficiency of impact energy and to reduce processing costs to form a structure which absorbs impact energy.;CONSTITUTION: The propeller shaft having an impact absorbing structure comprises: a first partial shaft(10) wherein a first spline forming part is formed in the outer circumference; a protrusion(12) which is formed in the rear end area of the first spline forming part along the outer circumference; a second spline forming part(21) which is combined with the first spline forming part of the first partial shaft; and a second partial shaft(20) which slides and absorbs the impact with fracturing the protrusion When impact is applied to the axial direction of the first part shaft.
