PURPOSE: A seat assembly for a vehicle is provided to easily manufacture due to a simple structure which a seat cover is attached and fixed by a hook and a clip.;CONSTITUTION: A seat assembly for a vehicle comprises: a seat cover(120) wherein a plurality of hooks(140) is formed along a sewing site and a plurality of clips(130) is formed in a location corresponding to the hook; and a seat pad(110). The leading end of the hook is in the shape of an arrow. The clip wherein a locking part is formed corresponding to the arrow shape in order to being inserted by the leading end of the hooks and a fixture not to be separated from the seat pad is formed is attached and unified when the seat pad forms.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
