PURPOSE: An upper board of a testing board is provided to have excellent drug resistance and physical properties, to obtain superior strength by being formed into a multi-layer, to secure a long lifespan, and to prevent the generation of toxic gas. CONSTITUTION: An upper board of a testing board(100) comprises: a base layer(130); a first upper surface layer(120) which is located on the base material layer; a second upper surface layer(110) which is located on the first upper surface layer; and a lower surface layer(140) which is located in the lower part of the base material layer. One layer, selected from a group comprising the base material layer, the first upper surface layer, the second upper surface layer, and the lower surface layer, includes: zinc tin oxide; aluminum hydroxide; magnesium hydroxide; and zinc borate. The lower surface layer contains: unsaturated polyester resin 38.45 - 47.01 weight%; zinc tin oxide 7.68 - 9.40 weight%; aluminum hydroxide 9.61 - 11.75 weight%; magnesium hydroxide 9.61 - 11.75 weight%; zinc borate 7.68 - 9.40 weight%; a hardener 0.38 - 0.48 weight%; and silica 16.56 - 20.24 weight%.
