PURPOSE: An extermination method of brassicaceous plants blight is provided to strongly control root nodule disease with the high outbreak rate, and to secure the improved preventing effect to a single strain. CONSTITUTION: An extermination method of brassicaceous plants blight comprises the following steps: contacting an agent containing variovorax sp. CGF4526 as an active ingredient with active ingredient; and contacting another agent including 2',4-dichloro-alpha,alpha,alpha-trifluoro-4'-nitro-m-toluenesulfone anilide as the active ingredient with soil to plant the brassicaceous plants. The brassicaceous plants blight is root nodule disease. The brassicaceous plants are chinese cabbage, sauerkraut, radish, cauliflower, broccoli, pak-choi or litigation herbs.
