PURPOSE: An apparatus for analyzing a cerebral artery is provided to early diagnose a cerebrovascular disease by accurately measuring an elastic coefficient, adaptability, an elastic coefficient, and blood flow of the cerebral artery.;CONSTITUTION: A biological signal measuring system(100) includes a bio signal measuring sensor(120) and a biological signal receiving and processing unit(140). The biological signal receiving and processing unit receives and processes the biological signal measured by the biological signal measuring sensor. An analysis index production system(200) comprises a main processor(210), an input unit(220) and an output unit(240). The main processor produces a biological index for analyzing a cerebral artery.
