PURPOSE: An electric precipitator and an electrode thereof are provided to prevent the intensity of electric field from becoming weak by dividing protrusions for maintaining the gap between multiple electrodes into a conductive protrusion and an insulated protrusion.;CONSTITUTION: An electric precipitator comprises an electrified part charging dust among air and a collector collecting the charged dust. The collector includes: a high voltage electrode(100) having a conductive layer(120) which is coated with an insulating layer; and a low voltage electrode(200) having one or more protrusions(220) to maintain a gap with the high voltage electrode. The conductive layer includes one or more cut parts(140) which are formed on a domain corresponding to the protrusion.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
