PURPOSE: A folding key unit of a vehicle is provided to improve the performance of the communication of an immobilizer system because a transponder coil is not eccentric with an antenna coil due to a key and a transponder are located on a straight line when inserting the key on a key hole.;CONSTITUTION: A folding key unit(1) of a vehicle comprises: a housing(10); a key part(20) which includes a bearing(22) which revolves around a rotary shaft(11) arranged in the housing and a key(21) which is rotated with being integrally formed with the bearing and is folded about the housing; and a transponder(50) which is arranged in the housing or the key part and is located on a straight line with the key.
