PURPOSE: A heating and cooling apparatus which does not require catalyst is provided to prevent the use of catalyst reagent and electricity, omit an outer unit case and pipes, and facilitate movement. CONSTITUTION: In the heating and cooling apparatus, exothermic and the endoergic reaction reagent is injected at room temperature in order to contact the heating and cooling apparatus the heating and cooling apparatus with a thermoelectric element cooling fin. If exothermic and the endoergic reaction reagent is injected into a case under vacuum condition, the exothermic and the endoergic reaction reagent move to the outside at room temperature by heating and cooling a thermoelectric element(1). The exothermic and the endoergic reaction reagent is reacted and moved to a space at the room temperature.
