PURPOSE: A method of driving a light source, a light-source apparatus for performing the method and a display apparatus having the light-source apparatus are provided to maintain a target white color coordinate in spite of the deterioration of the luminance of a particular color light source.;CONSTITUTION: The quantity of light of a plurality of color lights is sensed. The color lights are generated from a plurality of colored light sources. The sensed data and standard data are compared with each other. It is determined whether a light source, which is driven with a set-up duty, is included among the color light sources or not. The reference data is changed based on the quantity of the light source driven with the set-up duty. The quantity of the light of the color light is corrected by controlling a driving signal based on the changed reference data.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
