PURPOSE: A 3-dimensional measuring device of a block and a system are provided to utilize in the shipbuilding field due to occupying relatively less space than the other measuring device by jointing a conveying unit and a fixing unit.;CONSTITUTION: A 3-diminsional measuring device of a block comprises: a first sensor(210) which senses its own location information; a second sensors(220a, 220b, 220c, 220d) which is separately installed with the first sensor and senses the relative distance with a block; and an absolute position calculation unit(230) which calculate the absolute positions of the each point of the block by using the location information and the relative distance.
