PURPOSE: A map pointing device, a map relay device, and a method thereof are provided to utilize a burst-shaped map region which is allocated in a relay region. CONSTITUTION: A flag included in a relay map received from a base station is analyzed. When the flag is a flag(810,830) which presents that a map was not changed, a pre-stored map in a next frame is transmitted to a terminal. When the flag is a flag(800,820) which presents that a map was changed, new map information is saved by analyzing the burst which is allocated in the relay map. In the next frame, the new map information is transmitted to the terminal.
