PURPOSE: A method for producing piceatannol is provided to selectively and massively produce expressive piceatannol from resveratrol.;CONSTITUTION: A composition for catalytic reaction to produce piceatannol from resveratrol contains wild type CYP102A1 and/or CYP102A1 mutants.
