PURPOSE: A bicycle parking apparatus and a method for bicycle rental management are provided to create an unmanned bicycle rental and management system by providing independency and expandability of a bicycle holder.;CONSTITUTION: A bicycle parking apparatus and a method for bicycle rental management comprises an information reader(200), a communication unit(240), and a controller(230). The information reader reads bicycle information from RF(Radio Frequency) tag loaded into a bicycle through short distance wireless communication. The communication unit data-communicates with the management server of a remote site.
