PURPOSE: A digital television receiver is provided, which captures the streaming files by using the local storage media.;CONSTITUTION: A radio frequency tuner(24) receives the altered channel of the radio frequency including the transport stream through the tuned channel. The radio frequency tuner creates the output transmission stream. A de-multiplexer(28) creates the NRT content, and the FLUTE FDT and NRT meta-data which are stored in the electronic storage medium by de-multiplexing the IP stream of the packets.
