PURPOSE: A device and a method for providing other service in an IP multimedia subsystem are provided to connect a VoIP network through authentication process of an IMS network and a VoIP(Voice over Internet Protocol) network, thereby using other VoIP service through an IMS terminal.;CONSTITUTION: A control unit(202) performs IMS authentication about IMS ID in registration of IMS(IP Multimedia Subsystem) terminal(220). If the authentication is completed, the control unit performs mapping between other service ID and IMS ID. The control unit processes connection to relevant service network through other service access information of an IMS terminal. To enable the IMS terminal to user information of other service network, the control unit generates converted information.
