PURPOSE: A device for converting a message and a call method and a system using the same are provided to convert a text message of a deaf user to a voice message and convert a voice message of a general user to a text message, thereby performing free call between the deaf user and the general user.;CONSTITUTION: The first interface unit(332) receives a voice message of the first terminal and a text message of the second terminal. A message converting unit(334) converts the voice message of the first terminal to the text message. The message converting unit converts the text message of the second terminal to the voice message.
