PURPOSE: An existing pipe rehabilitating method and a segment for a rehabilitating pipe used in the same are provided to reduce damage due to strong impact by integrating an existing pipe and a rehabilitating pipe to form a composite pipe.;CONSTITUTION: An existing pipe rehabilitating method comprises following steps. Segments(1) are connected in the existing pipe and the inner longitudinal direction of existing pipes so that a rehabilitating pipe composed of segments is installed. Lining material is inserted into the rehabilitating pipe and is impregnated with liquid curable resin.
