PURPOSE: A brake pedal device with an injury reducing function is provided to safely protect a driver by effectively reducing injuries, and to reduce costs and weight of a vehicle by simplifying the structure.;CONSTITUTION: A brake pedal device with an injury reducing function comprises a mounting bracket(2) and a brake switch bracket(5). The mounting bracket is installed in a vehicle body. A brake pedal is rotatably installed in the mounting bracket through a hinge shaft(3). The hinge shaft is separably installed in an assembling groove formed in the mounting bracket. The brake switch bracket has a brake switch and is installed in the mounting bracket through a stopper shaft(4). The stopper shaft is separably assembled in the mounting bracket.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
