PURPOSE: A swash plate type compressor is provided to smoothly enable refrigerant to flow in to a cylinder bore by preventing that the refrigerant in high pressure remains in the connecting hole.;CONSTITUTION: A swash plate type compressor(1000) comprises: housings(310,320); a cylinder block(100); a piston(200); a driving shaft(400); a swash plate(500); a valve plate(600) which is arranged between the housing and the cylinder block; and a rotary valve(R) which revolves with the driving shaft together and is installed in the inner surface of a combining hole which is formed in the cylinder block to sliding-rotate. Connecting holes which is respectively connected with a plurality of cylinder bores are formed in the inner circumference of the combining holes. A first discharge groove(201) is formed in the outer circumference of the piston in order to correspond to the connecting hole according to the movement of the piston. A second discharge groove(111) is formed in the inner circumference of the cylinder bore in order to correspond to the first discharge groove according to the movement of the piston.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
